- Seller hasn't dropped it off yet
- Scheduled pickup missed
- Label created prematurely to trigger "your order shipped!" emails
How long it usually lasts: Hours to 3+ business days, especially with marketplace sellers.
What to actually do
- "Label created" ≠ shipped — confirm with the sender
- No scan after 4 business days usually means the label will be voided and reprinted
- UPS can't search for what it hasn't scanned
