UPS “Delivered to Access Point” — what it actually means

The package went to a local shop/locker (CVS, Michelin station, UPS Store) for you to collect — either by request or after failed delivery attempts.

Why packages get stuck here

  • Driver left it instead of re-attempting
  • You (or sender) selected Access Point delivery
  • Repeated "recipient not available" exceptions

How long it usually lasts: Held typically 7 calendar days, then returned.

What to actually do

  • Bring government ID matching the recipient name
  • Note the pickup point's hours — they're the shop's hours, not UPS's
